Booking
How do I book a car?
Choose a car on our Our Cars page and press Book Now, or contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone.
Will I get the exact vehicle I reserved?
Yes. We deliver the car you booked, with no substitutes.
How is the price calculated?
Prices are per day, one day being a 24-hour period.
When do I pay?
Payment is made at the time of vehicle delivery.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day of the week, from 8:00 AM to midnight. Support is available 24/7.
Delivery and return
Do you deliver to Agadir Airport?
Yes, delivery at Agadir Al Massira Airport is free. Our agent meets you at arrivals, whatever time your flight lands.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel?
Yes. We deliver to your hotel or address in Agadir.
Do you deliver outside Agadir?
Yes, in Marrakech, Tiznit and Essaouira, for an extra fee.
Can I return the car in a different city?
Yes, with a return fee.
Drivers and documents
What is the minimum age to rent?
21 years, with a driving licence held for at least 2 years.
What documents do I need?
A valid driving licence and your passport or national ID card.
Can someone else drive the car?
Only the drivers named on the rental contract. Any additional driver must be declared when the contract is signed, be present at that moment, be at least 21 years old and hold a valid licence obtained at least 2 years ago.
During your rental
What happens if the car breaks down?
Contact us or the 24/7 assistance service included in your rental contract. A repair authorisation or a replacement car can be offered.
Are your cars fitted with trackers?
Some of our vehicles have tracking devices, used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
