Terms of Service
The rules that apply to every rental with JAFWHEELS, written plainly so you know exactly what to expect.
The rental contract signed at delivery is the binding document. If anything below differs from your contract, the contract prevails.
1. Driver requirements
The main driver and any second driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence obtained at least 2 years ago. Only drivers named on the rental contract may drive the vehicle. Any additional driver must be declared, and present, when the contract is signed.
2. Booking and prices
You can book through our online booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email. Prices are quoted per day, one day being a 24-hour period. The vehicle you reserve is the one delivered: we do not substitute models.
3. Payment
Payment is made at the time of vehicle delivery.
4. Delivery and return
Delivery at Agadir Al Massira Airport is free. Delivery and return in Marrakech, Tiznit and Essaouira are available for an extra fee. Returning the vehicle in a different city from the pickup location is possible with a return fee. Delivery and return times are agreed with us in advance.
5. Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at delivery.
6. Use of the vehicle
The vehicle must be driven with care and in line with the Moroccan Highway Code. Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the driver.
7. Breakdowns and accidents
In case of a mechanical breakdown or accident, contact us or the 24/7 assistance service included in the rental contract. A repair authorisation or a replacement vehicle may be offered.
8. Vehicle trackers
Some of our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices, used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
